Back and neck pain often begins when the spinal discs or joints become compressed, irritated, or damaged, creating pressure on the surrounding nerves.
When these nerves are affected, it can lead to radiating pain, stiffness, limited mobility, or symptoms like sciatica or pain traveling into the arms.
The causes can vary. Common sources include bulging or herniated discs, arthritis, age-related disc degeneration, spinal compression, injuries, and long-term postural stress.
Over time, In addition to pain, compressed nerves can cause numbness, tingling, weakness, or balance problems, depending on which area of the spine is affected.

Most treatments only provide temporary relief.
At Millennium Spine and Joints, our approach is different.
We focus on identifying the underlying issue causing your back or neck pain, then create a personalized decompression plan to address the problem at its source.
If you’re tired of quick appointments, medications, injections, or “band-aid” solutions that never create lasting change, it’s time for a better approach.
This is why so many people continue to struggle with chronic pain for years — the real cause is never addressed.
A Spinal Decompression Evaluation helps us assess your spine, understand the root cause, and map out a clear path toward real, long-term relief.
Ready to finally fix what’s causing your pain?

Spinal decompression is a non-surgical therapy designed to reduce pressure inside stressed or damaged spinal discs.
During treatment, you lie comfortably on a specialized table that gently and gradually stretches the spine in a controlled way. This slow, precise movement creates space between the vertebrae in the targeted area. As pressure inside the disc decreases, a mild vacuum effect is created.
This may help:
-Reduce pressure on irritated spinal nerves
-Allow bulging or herniated disc material to retract
-Improve the flow of oxygen, nutrients, and fluids into the disc
Over a series of 20 treatments, this gentle treatment has over an 88% success rate LONG TERM.
